Observation Of The Effect Of Low Frequency Pulse Stimulation Acupoint Therapy On DPN And The Effect Of Lower Extremity Arterial State On Curative Effect

Purpose:By comparing the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,to study whether the combination therapy with low frequency pulse stimulation can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with DPN,at the same time, the effect of different degree of stenosis of the lower extremity on the clinical treatment efficiency was also compared.Material and method:60 cases according to the standard were divided into two groups to test.All patients received basic diabetes education,at the same time were given the same conventional hypoglycemic scheme combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.The treatment group on the basis of the treatment,added the low frequency pulse acupuncture treatment instrument,the two groups were treated for 12 days.Investigated the clinical symptoms scores of patients before and after treatment,and observated in the process of observation of patients with adverse reactions,to determined the effectiveness of low frequency pulse stimulation acupoint therapy,At the same time, compare the effect of different degree of lower extremity vascular stenosis on clinical symptoms in patients with clinical symptoms.Results: 1.At the completion of treatment,the total efficiency of treatment group was 86.67%,the control group total effective rate was 80%,by statistical comparison, the P<0.05, indicated the difference was statistically significant,the low frequency pulse stimulation acupuncture therapy in improving the DPN clinical symptoms of both qi and blood stasis was better than that in the control group.The combined treatment of DPN can significantly improve the clinical treatment efficiency.The combined treatment of DPN can significantly improve the clinical treatment efficiency. 2. After the end of treatment,the total of 60 cases of patients in the two groups,with lower limb vascular stenosis in 4 cases after treatment, 0 cases were cured, 0 cases markedly effective, 1 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 25%;with lower limb artery stenosis 23 cases were suspected, after treatment 1 cases were cured, 5 cases markedly effective, 12 cases effective, 5 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 78.26%;without lower extremity vascular stenosis in 33 cases after treatment, 2 cases were cured, 13 cases markedly effective, 17 cases effective, 1 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 96.97%.According to statistical analysis of data, P < 0.05, with statistical significance,the results showed that the degree of lower extremity vascular stenosis had a certain effect on the treatment of DPN..Conclusion: 1. Add acupuncture treatment by low frequency pulse based on the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine, can improve clinical symptoms in patients with DPN. 2. The degree of lower extremity vascular stenosis in patients with DPN has effect on the clinical efficacy,the lower the degree of vascular stenosis, the more obvious the improvement of clinical symptoms.
