Scientific and systematic performance evaluation mechanism can be from many Angle to evaluate hospital operating conditions, and can be designed for public hospitals around the performance appraisal system, provide a good reference to the development of health sector for the government to monitor public hospital effective tool.In this paper, through integration of domestic and foreign literature, the existing performance evaluation system of five kinds of commonly used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages, to determine the use of KRY hospital service model to construct the performance evaluation index system.
