Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Invigorating The Spleen And Spleen By Acupuncturing Acupoints

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of eye acupuncture point needle embedding in treating deficiency of deficiency of both the heart and spleen insomnia.Subjects and methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group of 30 cases, select the heart points and spleen points, acupuncture in the distance of the orbit 2mm. After get gas, Fixed with small pieces of medical tape,retaining needle for 2d, 1 times a day buried needle; The control group of 30 cases, Gui-pi Tang Decoction 100 ml, three times a day after meal orally; Two groups of treatment 8d for 1courses of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment, before and after treatment the PSQI score、TCM Syndrome and curative effect were assessed.Results:1 After treatment, the scores of PSQI in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05). The sleep quality, sleep duration, sleep disturbance, daytime function and total score of PSQI in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).2 In addition to the control group in anorexia, the scores of TCM Syndrome in the two groups were lower than before by treatment(P < 0.05),except dreaminess and food after abdominal distension, the remaining eight of the experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P < 0.05).3 The total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group were 73.33% and96.67% respectively, and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Eye acupuncture and Gui-pi Decoction can treat deficiency of two insomnia.2 Eye acupuncture treatment of deficiency of two insomnia is better than Gui-pi Decoction.
