Those who have met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups:the treat group and the control group. Each group had 30 patients, The treatment group was treated by acupuncture adding point embedding theary, and meantime the control group was treated by acupuncture, and both groups were treated for 6 weeks. In the research, we observed two groups homochronously, and recorded the pre-treatment scores and post-treatment scores(the 2nd week,4th week,6th week and one month after the treatment). We assessed the difference of the treatment effect between the two groups by SPSS software statistics.Results:1,After the treatment, the PSQI score between two groups has a remarkable significance (P<0.05). Therefore, the treatment group was more effective than the control group in the sleep quality improvements.2,The difference on the sleep time between two groups, the results showed that there's a significantly difference on the 2nd week and 4th week(P<0.05);and there is no significantly difference between two groups on the 6th week and one month after the treatment (P>0.05). Therefore, the treatment group was as effective as the control group in the sleep time improvements, but the treatment group was more effective in a short time (two-week).3,After the treatment, the cure-remarkable rate of the treatment was 70.0%, and the control group was 43.3%, there's a significantly difference between two groups(P<0.05). One week after the treatment, the cure-remarkable rate of the treatment was 70.0%, and the control group was 43.3%, there's a significantly difference between two groups(P<0.05). Therefore, the treatment group was more effective than control group. Conclusion:Clinical research showed that point embedding theary has a better effect on the improvement of the sleep quality and sleep time aspects.
