Purpose:discuss correlation of characteristics of coronary heart disease TCM syndrome and five movements and six climates by epidemiology survey on inpatients and statistical methods, and to coronary heart disease(CHD) provides a better theoretical basis for prevention and cure of traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:This study pathogenesis in Shenyang area in January 2014-December 2014 hospital admission in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) in Liao Ning province as investigation object, the collection contains the onset of patients with season, age, gender, comorbidity, TCM syndrome type information such as the 1665, this study USES only for the first time in the hospital after diagnosis of TCM syndrome types, and use the EXCEL table records to form a clinical database, run statistical software, the analysis of survey data.Results:1, the proportion of coronary heart disease patients in different seasons, by chi-square test, shown as X2 = 30.753, P = 0.000, the difference is bigger, relative to other winter disease sends is larger, at 30%, clear autumn incidence is small, about 20.2%. Annual phlegm turbid blood stasis, qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome than other type proportion is large, and there are obvious differences between both. Early spring phlegm turbid blood stasis comparing other syndrome types was large, and two more differences are statistically significant. Phlegm turbidity in the summer than qi deficiency blood stasis of blood stasis syndrome(P = 0.000), qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis proportion(P = 0.002), with statistical significance; Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of comparing other syndrome types are small, there is no statistical significance. There was no obvious difference between the other types of syndrome. In the autumn,qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis two comparing other syndrome types was big, difference have statistical significance obviously. Proportion of Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in winter than other syndrome obvious, difference have statistical significance obviously.2, These TCM syndrome types come from the four seasons, with chi-square X2 = 471.346, P = 0.000, the difference is statistically significant, phlegm turbid blood stasis, the largest proportion of 28.4% of the whole year, followed by qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis(26.1%) of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(20.8%), qi and blood stasis(18.9%), Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(5.8%). Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis in the winter to constitute compare other season, the difference has statistical significance. Winter qi deficiency blood stasis, qi and blood stasis, Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is more than other seasons, it has statistical significance obviouly difference. Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis in the incidence of spring than other seasons, all have statistical significance. Conclusion:In this paper, it is concluded that the correlation between coronary syndromes and luck. Sino-japanese 2014 winter and summer significantly more patients, chun xia is given priority to with phlegm turbid blood stasis; Qiu dong with qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis. Throughout the year accounted for the largest qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm turbid blood stasis are frequently-occurring disease in the winter, the spring but most of the syndrome of yang deficiency and blood stasis in winter.
