Objective:By observing patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Hyperhomocysteine Syndrome(CHD-h Hcy),studying the relationship between related factors and the disease, summarizing the characteristics of the distribution of TCM syndrome type of this disease and exploring the correlation of Hcy level,TCM syndrome type and coronary lesions to provide theoretical basis and clinical guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of CHD-h Hcy in traditional Chinese medicine, and to provide more methods and lay a certain foundation for the diagnosis and treatment of CHD-hHcy.Methods: A total of 280 patients with Coronary Heart Disease diagnosed at the Department of Cardiology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from October 2017 to December 2017 were collected and divided into Coronary Heart Disease and Hyperhomocysteinemia according to whether the level of Hcy was normal or not.Collecting general patient data, laboratory test results,TCM syndrome type data and coronary angiography results from patients in CHD-h Hcy group and patients in CHD group and inputting into Excell table for SPSS19.0 statistical analysis.Results:1.In general: 131 cases of CHD with normal Hcy in 280 patients accounted for about 47% of the total number of patients;149 patients with elevated Hcy accounted for approximately 53%,of whom 90(32%)were slightly elevated,57(20%)were moderately elevated, and 2(1%)were severely elevated. The patients with elevated Hcy account for about 1/2 of the total number of patients. This shows that there are more patients with CHD combined with high Hcy,and the increase of Hcy is mainly caused by mild to moderate increase. There is a statistical difference in gender between the two groups(P<0.05)but no significant difference in age,BMI index, duration of hypertension, duration of diabetes, duration of Coronary Heart Disease, duration of smoking, and drinking time between the two groups(P>0.05)neither in TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,Hb Alc between the two groups(P>0.05).2.TCM syndrome type:(1)280 cases of TCM syndrome differentiation of 21 types of TCM syndromes, and divided into three main types of single syndrome type, two syndromes-mixed and three syndromes-mixed type;also can be divided into three types of deficiency, excess and deficiency-excess mixed based on nature of disease;or divided into7 types as Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,Blood stasis,Turbidity,Qi stagnation,Cold coagulation according to single factor TCM syndrome.(2)There is no statistical difference in the distribution of TCM syndrome type(according to syndrome type and clip condition)between the two groups(P>0.05).There is no statistical difference between the two groups of patients in the TCM syndrome type(fair and actual classification)(P>0.05).There are statistical differences between the two groups in patients with Blood stasis syndrome,Turbidity syndrome, and Qi stagnation syndrome(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between the two groups in cold stagnation syndrome,Qi deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency syndrome, and Yang deficiency syndrome(P>0.05).(3)TCM syndromes and CHD-h Hcy binary logistic regression analysis showed that Blood Stasis Syndrome,Turbid Syndrome, and Qi Stagnation Syndrome are important factors affecting the incidence of CHD-h Hcy(P<0.05).3.Coronary lesions: Compared with the number of coronary lesions in the two groups, the CHD-h Hcy group was dominated by three-vessel disease and the CHD group was dominated by double-vessel disease.Compared with the degree of coronary stenosis in both groups, the degree of stenosis was mainly on grade IV.4.Relationship between Hcy level and coronary artery lesions in CHD-h Hcy group:(1)Hcy level in CHD-h Hcy group and the number of coronary artery lesions: Spearman test,P=0.000,Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.443,Hcy level and crown in CHD-h Hcy group The number of lesions was positively correlated. The patients with mildly elevated Hcy had two-vessel disease, the patients with moderately elevated Hcy had three-vessel disease, and the severely elevated Hcy had three-vessel disease. The higher the level of Hcy,the more severe the number of coronary lesions.(2)CHD-h Hcy group Hcy level and coronary artery stenosis: Spearman test,P=0.021,Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.189,CHD-h Hcy group Hcy level and coronary stenosis was positively correlated. The degree of coronary stenosis in patients with mild, moderate, and severe elevated Hcy levels was mainly on grade IV.The higher the level of Hcy,the more severe the degree of coronary stenosis.5.(1)The number of coronary lesions and coronary artery stenosis were statistically different in the single syndrome group, the two syndromes inclusion group, and the triple syndrome inclusion group(P<0.05).(2)There was a statistical difference in the number of coronary lesions and coronary artery stenosis between the deficiency syndrome group, the positive group, and the virtual and real inclusion syndrome group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Compared with males in the CHD-h Hcy group and the CHD group, males have a larger proportion than females.Gender factors are common and important pathogenic factors for Coronary Heart Disease and h Hcy,and men are more likely to have CHD and h Hcy than women. There was no significant difference between the other risk factors.2.TCM syndrome features: Blood Stasis Syndrome,Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome,Qi Stagnation Syndrome and other traditional Chinese medicine single factor syndromes are the factors affecting the incidence of CHD-h Hcy,of which Blood Stasis Syndrome is a traditional Chinese medicine syndrome that runs through CHD-h Hcy.Patients with CHD-h Hcy have more complicated syndromes. The syndromes are mostly mixed with the two syndromes, the disease is based on the virtual scale, and the evidence is mainly based on evidence and actual inclusion. The main indicators are Blood stasis,Turbidity, and Qi stagnation. This virtual Qi-based.3.Hcy and coronary lesions: The higher the level of Hcy,the more severe coronary stenosis and the more coronary lesions, the positive correlation between Hcy and coronary lesions.4.TCM syndromes and coronary lesions: The more complex the TCM syndromes and the nature of the lesions, the more severe the coronary lesions and coronary stenosis.
