Purpose1. Adoption of the information ischemic stroke group and control group were dichotomous Logistic regression analysis, the risk factors of ischemic stroke patients.2. Differences hot syndrome group and non-fire syndrome platelet parameter levels in patients with ischemic stroke by summary (including acute and convalescent), to investigate its fire syndrome and ischemic stroke between, and platelets parameter for judging the possibility of ischemic stroke fiery syndrome TCM is based, to provide a reference for future ischemic stroke TCM clinical syndromes objective and explore appropriate Chinese medicine treatment.MethodScreening on January 1,2015-December 31,2015 for treatment of patients in the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Dongzhimen Hospital, according to the corresponding inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to collect a total of 120 patients with ischemic stroke examples of stroke group. Wherein the acute group (incidence of 2 weeks) a total of 80 cases, the syndrome type after hot syndrome group 45 cases, non-hot syndrome group,35 cases; recovery group (onset within 2 weeks to 6 months) a total of 40 cases, after Syndromes hot syndrome group 25 cases, non-hot syndrome group had 15 cases. Another collection of the same hospital at the same time non-stroke patients (only hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes, coronary heart disease, obesity patient basis) 32 cases of their gender, age, and no significant difference in age structure and stroke group, with comparable. And patients signed an informed consent form, fill in the questionnaire of cases, including those related to information into medical record number, name, sex, age, medical history, personal history. Blood specimens were enrolled, mean platelet volume detection of each person into the group, platelet count, platelet hematocrit level. After collecting the data, each set of data used for statistical analysis SPASS21.0 package.Result1. General statistics show that 120 cases of stroke group and the control group of 32 patients had no significant difference (P> 0.01) on the sex, age and age structure. There was significant difference (P<0.01) on smoking and drinking.2. Chi-square test or Mann-Whitney U test showed that stroke group in smoking, drinking, hypertension, obesity and MPV of these factors compared with the control group of 32 patients with large or high-level, the difference was statistically significant proportion of 120 cases (P<0.01). The exception was no significant difference (P> 0.01) on diabetes, coronary heart disease, PLT, PCT at the lipids.3. Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for stroke were based on the intensity of smoking, drinking, hypertension, MPV levels of obesity. OR values and 95% CI were 14.000 (95% CI:4.594-42.663),10.800 (95% CI:3.867-30.159),6.333 (95% CI: 2.733-14.676),4.668 (95% CI:2.471-8.820),3.080 (95% CI:1.342-7.070).4. Chi-square test showed that stroke group on TCM type, whether as a whole or from the terms of acute ischemic stroke or recovery aspect of research, fiery syndrome group compared with non-fire syndrome group were larger proportion of the difference statistically significant (P<0.01).5. Mann-Whitney U test showed that, on average platelet volume level, whether as a whole or from the terms of acute ischemic stroke or recovery aspects of research, fiery hot syndrome group compared with non-syndrome group were significantly higher, the difference was statistically significance (P<0.01). On the level of platelet count and platelet hematocrit level, the whole aspect of the room in terms of ischemic stroke or acute phase or recovery from a research aspect, fiery syndrome group and non-fire syndrome group had no significant difference (P> 0.01).6. Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that 120 patients were fiery permit quantitative score, the lowest score 8 points, the highest score of 15 points, an average of 10.77±1.99 points. Would mean platelet volume level, whether as a whole or from the terms of acute ischemic stroke recovery aspects of research or are there significant positive correlation with fiery syndrome, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). On the level of platelet count and platelet hematocrit level, whether as a whole or from the terms of acute ischemic stroke recovery aspects of research or are no significant correlation with fiery syndrome, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.01).Conclusion1. Smoking, drinking, hypertension, obesity, high levels of MPV is a risk factor for ischemic stroke.2. Ischemic stroke compared to non-certified in fiery fiery syndrome is more common in terms of a TCM syndrome.3. CIS patients MPV levels and fiery obvious positive correlation may be considered as an appropriate basis for differentiation of syndromes.4. For CIS MPV in patients with relatively high levels, may consider joint Chinese medicine blood circulation, Qingreliangxue Differential Treatment, improve the clinical efficacy.
