The Clinnical Study Between The TCM Blood-Stasis Syndrome Of The Acute Ischemic Stroke And The Platele Parameters

Objective: Studying the correlation between the blood-stasis syndrome of the acute ischemic stroke and the platelet parameters by observing the platelet parameters in the patients of the acute ischemic stroke and comparing the average value of the two groups(lighter and seriouser of the blood-stasis syndrome group),is for the purpose of providing the theory basis for the microscopic dialectical of the blood-stasis syndrome of the acute ischemic stroke , ans ia to provide theoretical guidance in the prevention and treatment method combination of traditional Chinese and western medicinein of cerebral infarction in the future.Object and Method: Collecting 60 patients in all according with the the acute ischemic stroke diagnoses criterion. I inquired medical,and dividing them into two groups(lighter group and seriouser group) by accumulate points according to he blood-stasis syndrome points. Recording the platele parameters of the pations at impatient scheduled time(in 72h) and convalecent stage(after 14 days).And Collecting 60 healthy old people in the physical examination centre as the contrast at the same time. Satistics analyses all datas.Results: Contrast with healthy collation group, impatient brain infarction patient scheduled time platelet count(PLT) fall off, average volume of blood platelet (MPV), average blood platelet width(PDW), big blood platelet proportion(P-LCR) enhance, and difference has statistics significance(P<0.01). And the platele parameters at convalecent stages (after 14d) recovered, compared with healthy collation group the difference has not statistics significance(P>0.05).Compared with lighter group,there are 22 lighter blood-stasis syndrome patients in all,while 38 seriouser ones. The seriouser group has less platelet count (PLT), and bigger average blood platelet volume (MPV) , average blood platelet width (PDW) , big blood platelet proportion (P-LCR), difference has statistics significance.Conclusion: 1. Impatient brain infarction patient scheduled time platelet count(PLT) fall off, average volume of blood platelet (MPV), average blood platelet width(PDW), big blood platelet proportion(P-LCR) enhance. 2.And the platele parameters at convalecent stages (after 14d) recovered, compared with healthy collation group. 3 Compared with lighter group,there are 22 lighter blood-stasis syndrome patients in all,while 38 seriouser ones. The seriouser group has less platelet count (PLT), and bigger average blood platelet volume (MPV), average blood platelet width (PDW), big blood platelet proportion (P-LCR), difference has statistics significance. Therefore may think that the platelet parameters and the blood-stasis syndrome of the acute ischemic stroke has certain related. 4. Monitoring the the platelet parameters of the stroke high-risk group's, and the hospital which have the condition could examine the blood platelet activation symbol targets ,and adopts the anti-blood platelet treatment promptly, may be helpful to the prevention of the acute ischemic stroke occurrence, and it is worth further observational studying.
