| Research purposes:Through combing the traditional Chinese medicine literature, policy and analyzing of the concept of Traditional Chinese Mdicine grant variety and their connotations, evaluation indexes of Traditional Chinese Mdicine grant variety are optimally picked. Structuring potential evaluation index system of Traditional Chinese Mdicine grant varieties is served to give references of selecting and designing varieties for the enterprise of Traditional Chinese Mdicine in order to provide strategic suggestions for formulating the national drug policies and optimizing the development of Traditional Chinese Mdicine industry.Research content:the potential evaluation index system of Traditional Chinese Mdicine grant variety are preliminarily drawn out with the analysis of the characteristics of grant variety of Traditional Chinese Mdicine and the related typical cases and by teasing out the index of breeding Traditional Chinese Mdicine grant variety. Picking out and building evaluation indexes of Traditional Chinese Mdicine grant variety aims to establishing scientific evaluation index system and studying cases.Research methods:(1) Finding out the influential index of breeding grant variety through literature research, drug policy research and case analysis. (2) Questionnaires and on-the-spot investigation are applied to select evaluation indexes. (3) The Delphi expert consultation method is used to identify the architecture of potential Traditional Chinese Mdicine grant variety and decide the index weight. (4) The analytic hierarchy process and the normalized method are to set up the architecture of evaluation system, to determine the index weight, and to adjust to the index weight.Research results:A total of 46 indexes were picked through the literature research, combing drugs policy as well as analyze the common characteristics of well-developed and most popular Traditional Chinese Mdicine grant varieties.33 four-dimensional evaluation indexes, namely policy (10), clinics (11), marketing (5) and techniques (7), were worked out through questionnaires and on-the-spot investigations. With the application of the analytic hierarchy process combined with normalization method for data statistics, the sequence of the weight of first grade are as follows:policy, clinics, marketing and techniques. Among the indexes of the second grade, health care and basic medicine, price and bids, the characteristics of clinics and the necessity of clinics were all more than 11 per cent. The top five indicators of the third grade are national health insurance directory, basic medicine catalogue, local medical insurance directory, and the change of health care model and the variation trends of disease spectrum. Overall crowns Bach coefficient was 0.8978 with the scientific evaluation, which was considered credible. Indicators at various levels and the related dimension scores of correlation coefficient between 0.4 to 0.9, indicating a good structure validity. Eleven products were questionnaired from Jilin Tianyao Chinaherborn pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. Those products were marked and ranked, which suggested how to develop and direct important products, so as to establish the mode of academic promotion and strengthen academic contingent.Research conclusions:(1) There exist close relations between construction of the index system and the development of Traditional Chinese Mdicine industry, it has some significance. (2) It is advised that the enterprises could familiarize with the main trend of the policies on the basis of the development feature, and carry out breeding grant variety from the respect of digging out the clinical uniqueness, strengthening self-development and improving the research and development system, etc. (3) Recommends that the government should perfect the drug polices and standard and scientific systems of Traditional Chinese Mdicine, purifying the industrial environment, improving publicity of Traditional Chinese Mdicine grant variety and putting the relative policies into work. |
