Study On The Law Of Prescription Of Coronary Heart Disease And Angina Pectoris Based On Data Mining Method

Research ObjectiveBased on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease angina prescription medication for data mining, analysis formula law of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease angina, provide data support and reference for the disease reasonably and effectively.Research MethodsBased on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5 software, research from two aspects of literature and clinical. (1) literature research:literature data coming from China National Knowledge Infrastructure, the subject terms are"coronary heart disease angina,thoracic obstruction,traditional Chinese medicine",the search time is from January 1 of 1996 to December 31 of 2015,and then collect all literature articles which are related to traditional Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease angina according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Extract the prescription and put them into analysis system to analysis the frequency of drug use, the law of composing prescriptions and the new prescription. Based on above, regard Salvia Miltiorrhiza which is high frequency drug as research object, analysis the law of composing prescriptions including Salvia Miltiorrhiza, consist the drug frequency and commonly used drug combination. (2) clinical research: collecting 163 patients, whose clinical time is from January 2014 to December 2015, whose clinical place are heart medicine clinic and ward of BEIJING UNIVERSITY OF CHINESE MEDICINE THIRD AFFILIADED HOSPITAL and heart medical ward of DONF FANG HOSPITAL. Put the patient’s clinical data which consists of chief complaint, clinical manifestation, prescription drugs into analysis system to analysis symptom frequency, symptom law, syndrome frequency, relationship between drugs and syndrome. And then analysis formula law of all the traditional Chinese medicine, including four nature of drugs, five tastes, channel tropism, frequency, drug dose, drug types, the commonly used drug combinations and the new prescription.Research Results(1)literature research:collect 457 literature articles which meet the standards and get 457 prescriptions. There are 188 drugs in above prescriptions. The drugs of top ten frequency are Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Ligusticum Wallichii, Astragalus Membranaceus, Fructus Trichosanthi, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Angelica Sinensis, Pinellia Ternata, Red Flower, Allium Macrostemon and Bitter Orange. The commonly used drug combinations are "Ligusticum Wallichi, Salvia Miltiorrhiza","Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Astragalus Membranaceus", "Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Fructus Trichosanthi" and so on. The core drugs are Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Ligusticum Wallichii, Astragalus Membranaceus, Fructus Trichosanthi. There are 16 core combinations of evolution and 8 new prescriptions. The common drugs of prescription which contains Salvia Miltiorrhiza are Ligusticum Wallichii, Astragalus Membranaceus, Fructus Trichosanthi, Pinellia Ternata, Red Flower and the commonly used drug combinations are "Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum Wallichii","Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Radix Paeoniae Rubra","Astragalus Membranaceus,Radix Paeoniae Rubra".(2)clinical research:The symptom of coronary heart disease angina is complex. The symptom of the highest frequency are chest distress, chest pain, cardiopalmus, feeble, breathe hard. The syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel and the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis is the highest frequency in all the syndrome. Analysis the relationship between drugs and syndrome as the syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel an example and find that the drugs which are related to this syndrome are Pinellia Ternata, Fructus Trichosanthi, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Poria Cocos, Coptis Chinensis. There are 160 kinds of drugs in 163 prescription. The kind of warm drug is the highest in four nature of drugs and the number is 733. The bitter, sweet, acrid drugs are the the most important in all the five tastes drugs. The drugs which belong to the spleen channel are the most in channel tropism drugs and the number of heart channel drugs is the fourth. The highest drug frequency is Pinellia Ternata and the usual dose is 10g. The main drug species are the kind of Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis and the kind of Phlegm cough and asthma. There are 26 commonly used drug combinations and the name of "Pinellia Ternata, Poria Cocos" is the most. The core drugs are Pinellia Ternata, Poria Cocos, Peach Seed, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Astragalus Membranaceus by improving the support degree. There are 14 core combinations of evolution and 7 new prescriptions.Research ConclusionsThe drugs of kind of Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis and the kind of Phlegm cough and asthma are the core of composition of prescription which are used for treatment of coronary heart disease angina. Strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factor is the basic treat method of treatment of coronary heart. Tonifying Qi is the main body of strengthening the body resistance and reducing phlegm and dispersing blood stasis is the main body of eliminating evil.
