Objective:The study of community general practitioners’ job involvement is an important content to improve their work enthusiasm. Through the study how the job demands.job resources to work in the job involvement,it is to provide some suggestions for the relevant units improving community general practitioners work enthusiasm.Methods:It Adopts job involvement scale revised by Zhang Yi wen and GanYi and job demands, job resources includes scale.It survey Beijing chaoyang district community health service centers. Using descriptive statistics, T test, single factor analysis of variance and rank and inspection, correlation analysis, regression analysis to deal with data.Results:(1) Work demands including work overload, role ambiguity, emotion, role conflict, four factors, explains the 39.364%,18.028%,10.399% and 18.028% respectively of the total variance. Resources including social support, compensation and performance feedback four factors, career development, explains the 37.020%,10.062%,11.677% and 10.062% respectively of the total variance.(2) Community general practitioners work requirements of the overall mean value of 51.70, higher than the middle points 42. Job requires overall at moderately high levels, emotional demands, work overload this two project is far higher than the average. Community general practitioners work resources overall mean value of 40.99, higher than 33 middle points, and general work resources at moderately high levels.Career development and compensation in middle rdi level, remains to be improved. Community general practitioners working in the ensemble average of 48.61, slightly higher than 45 middle points, and job involvement slightly higher than the overall average.Dedication, energy and focus are in average.(3) Hypothesis 1 part verified, community general practitioners work on the title, employment type exists significant difference (P< 0.05), and other demographic variables had no significant difference (P> 0.05).(4) Assumption 2 parts verified, role ambiguity in work demands of dimensions of job involvement have negative prediction effect, there was no significant other dimensions. Fuzzy roles of community general practitioners, the more obvious, the degree of job involvement, energy, dedication, focus on the lower.(5) Hypothesis 3 verified, all dimensions work resource dimensions of job involvement has a positive prediction function. Community general practitioners work resource is rich, the higher the degree of job involvement.Suggests:(1)Increase the preventive care staff of community health service centers to reduce role conflict. Community health service centers share the follow-up of patients with chronic diseases as well as the community public health care work. It will reduce the work burden of general practitioners and maximize the efficiency of all kinds of personnel.(2) Rich resources work and improve the post appeal. Establish an effective incentive mechanism, appropriate to increase the number of gp personnel. Organize regular community general practitioners to actively take part in all kinds of community health and development in the experience exchange meeting, report, academic seminar. Medical institutions strictly implement two-way referral system. Set accord with the characteristics of community health service institutions income distribution way, look for ways to improve community general practitioners.
