Family doctor contract work is the grasping hand of promoting graded diagnosis and treatment in our country,as the core of the family doctor team,general practitioner's quality and quantity is an important guarantee of the service quality of the family doctor contract,the job satisfaction of the general practitioner reflects the problems and deficiencies of community health management.Researches show that the health service system is one of the important fectors affecting the job satisfaction of general practitioners,so it is necessary to carry out job satisfction after the major changes in the health service system.This study takes X district as an example,through the investigation and analysis of the satisfaction of general practitioners to find out the problems ofmanagment of community health service institutions,puts forward targeted solutions,improves the working environment and quality of general practitioners,and enhances the stability of the general practitioner team.This study carried out two aspects of inquiry.First,through literature research and expert consultation,this paper designs the construction of the "BeiJing Community General Practitioner Practice Satisfaction Questionnaire"and take the job satisfication suvey in X district of BeiJing;Second,through the exploratory fector analysis and rough set data mining of the results of the practice satisfaction survey of genral practitioners in the westem city,the key factors affecting the professional performance satisfaction of community General Practitioners are analyzed,and the direction of improvement of the incentive mechanism of general practitioners in the community is explored.Through analysis,it can be seen thatthere is a large gap in the number of GP in the westem district community,with the continuous progress of family doctor contracting service,the number of community outpatients increased significantly,the pressure of general practitioners work significantly increased.The overall practice satisfaction of community general practitioners is low,mainly in the areas of "work intensity","performance appraisal results","selfhealth status","social respect" and "salary level",and found that workload and interpersonal relationship sit through rough set data mining,and find that workload and interpersonal relationship sit as the core factors that determnine the job satisfaction of general practitioners.The retum on work is an indicator that priority improvements are needed to improve GP readiness satisfaction.Therefore,in order to improve the job satisfaction of general practitioners and stabilize the primary medical team,we should start from the workload and work retum.On the one hand,we should recognize the current shortage of gp practitioners at the grass-roots level,increase the training of general practitioners and increase the number of general practitioners at the grass-roots level,on the other hand,we should arrange the work of general practitioners rationally fiom the content of work,through the adjustment of the structure of GP team mambers.Reducing the nonmedical workload of general practitioners.The increase in the return on the work of general practitioners should improve the income distribution mechanism of community health care institutions and increase to total performance pay.In addition,social recognition as a spiritual incentive to improve the social status of general practitioners,can alleviate to a certain extent due to the lack of matierial retums brought about by dissarisfaction.
