Study On The Relationship Between The Number Of Treatment And The Therapeutic Effect Of Female Urethral Syndrome Treated By Acupuncture

Objective:Summarize the western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine research survey about the definition, epidemiologic feature, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of female urethral syndrome.Do some clinical research,use the acupuncture to treat this disease and observe the relationship between the treatment times and the effectiveness.Method:Select 36 patients in Dongzhimen hospital acupuncture clinics from September 2013 to January 2016 period. According to the standard of diagnosis from clinical companion,our research selected 36 female patients, whose age is from 35 to 70. the average is 58.4. The longest course is 15 years,and the shortest is 2 months, and the average is 3.5 years.36 patients are treated with traditional acupuncture therapy respectively. Record the LUTS score orderly about pre-treatment and 3,6,9,12,15 treatment. The data are analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software. Before and after treatment are compared using independent samples T test. P<0.05 means statistically significant differences while P>0.05 means no significant difference.Result:The average LUTS score is decreased with the treatment increasing.The first 12 times,the decreasing is obviously,and after 12 treatment, the score decreases indistinctively. Compare the score between pre-treatment and 3,6,9,12 treatment. The result P<0.05 means statistically significant differences.Compare the score between the twelfth and the fifteenth treatment.The result P>0.05 means no significant difference.Compare the score of frequent micturition between pre-treatment and the third time, between the fifteenth and the twelfth time,and P>0.05means no significant difference. Compare the score between the sixth time and the third time,between the ninth time and the sixth time, between the twelfth and the ninth time,and P<0.05 means statistically significant differences.Compare the score of urgent urination between pre-treatment and the third time,between the sixth time and the third time,between the ninth time and the sixth time.between the twelfth and the ninth time.and the rerult P<0.05 means statistically significant differences. Compare the score between the fifteenth and the twelfth time,and P>0.05means no significant difference.Compare the score of strengthlessness between pre-trealment and the third time, between the twelfth and the ninth time,-between the fifteenth and twelfth time, and P>0.05 means no significant difference.Compare the score between sixth time and third time,between the ninth time and the twelfth time,and P<0.05 means statistically significant differences.Conclusion:Acupuncture in the treatment of female urethral syndrome have obvious effects.From the first to twelfth time, the effect increases obviously with the treatment times increasing.From the twelfth to the fifth time,the effect increases indistinctively obviously.we can come to the conclusion that 12 times for a course of treatment is appropriate. Acupuncture therapy improves symptom of frequent micturition,urgent urination obviously and have a little effect to strengthlessness.
