The Medication Regularity Research Of Professor Meiyu Yao’s Treatment Of Perimenopause Female Utethral Pain Syndrome

Background:The perimenopausal female urethral syndrome presents an increasing trend with the increase of age,which seriously affects the life of female patients.Its etiology and pathogenesis have not been fully defined at present.In clinical treatment,Western medicine mostly treats the symptoms or the possible inducement,and there is no effective method for the recurrence and prevention of the disease.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of adverse reactions,drug dependence is small,efficacy and safety is good.Objective:To sort out and analyze the prescription of Chinese medicine for perimen-opausal female urethral syndrome treated by Professor Yao Meiyu,focusing on the characteristics and regularity of Professor Yao Meiyu’s treatment of pe-rimenopausal female urethral syndrome,and summing up the thoughts and clinical experience of perimenopausal female urethral syndrome to provide more reference for the treatment of the disease.Methods:Using the data table in Microsoft Excel 2010 and statistical methods to analyze the effective case prescription of mentoring perimenopausal female urethral syndrome.Taking the frequency and odor of the drug as the observa-tion point,summarize the medication rules of instructor in treating the disease by using SPSS(version 23)software cluster analysis.Conclusions:1.The pathogenesis of this disease is based on kidney deficiency,marked by the combination of water and blood stasis,and is closely related to the liver,heart and kidney.2.The treatments of the disease are tonifying the kidney,eliminating dampness and removing blood stasis,with nourishing and smoothing the liver,calming nerves.3.Drugs are mostly used as tonics remedi-es,blood activating drugs,exterior-releasing herbs and heat-clearing drugs.The medicinal tastes are mostly sweet,spicy,and bitter to tonifying the kidney,eliminating dampness,and removing blood stasis.4.Professor Yao Meiyu mostly uses JinKuiShenQiWan,Wuling powder soup,Shixiao powder soup and Xiaochaihu decoction as a basis to treat with perimenopausal female urethral syndrome.
