Effect Of Cystatin C In Blood And Urine And Renal Function Of Huoxue Yangyin Xiezhuo Decoctions Clyster On Chronic Renal Failure Patients

Objective: Through the observation of Huoxue Yangyin XiezhuoDecoctions (HXYYXZD) clyster on effect of blood, urine Cys C and renalfunction to patients with chronic renal failure (CRF), further to investigate theprotective effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the kidney of the patientswith chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods: In2012February to2013September in First Hospital Affiliatedto Suzhou University of Chinese traditional and Western medicine80hospitalized patients with CRF patients, randomly divided into treatmentgroup and control group with40cases in each group; the two groups weregiven the high quality low protein diet,α-keto acid, blood pressure control,correction of anemia and symptomatic treatment; treatment group was addedwith Huoxue Yangyin Xiezhuo Decoctions (HXYYXZD) clyster treatment,treatment of a month. At the same time with32healthy people as controlgroup; before and after the treatments were observed in general, anddetect the changes before and after treatment of blood, urine Cys C level andBUN, Scr, Ccr.Result: The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that ofthe control group, the general conditions of treatment group improved, thelevels of blood, urine Cys C decreased significantly; BUN, Scr decreasedsignificantly, Ccr increased significantly; the sensitivity and blood Cys C was higher than that of BUN, Scr, Ccr.Conclusion: Huoxue Yangyin Xiezhuo Decoctions (HXYYXZD) canmarkedly improve the chronic renal failure in the general condition ofpatients, reduce the level of Cys C in hematuria, ameliorate renalfunction, has a protective effect on kidney with chronic renal failure.
