21 centuries' bell has been knocked, the world enter a new information ages, knowledge economy, information economy will be a development main current of next century. For adapting to the economic development in information,our country is building a uniform ,integrated,forerunner and can overlay the national sharing telecommunication network ,combining it will develop towards broadband aspect, intelligentize aspect,and personally aspect .SPC exchange have overlaid from village to the city ;from sub office to large capacity local center,junction center ;from public network to special network since 1991 dredges,but many modernizations communication equipments there is special request to environment,temperature etc . especially lots of electric apparatus that nobody watch it in extended remote region, village and country etc,needing been centralized control from superior center . Environmental monitoring system is the new product researched and exploitatived for adapting communication equipments of having special request to the environment temperature .It can provide favorable fixing and using condition ,favorable administrative experiment .It can universality and generalization electronics equipments of having the strict request to all kind of usage term .It can provide modern multifarious service for user.It can realize latticing manage of local equipments .The system equipments chooses the material goodness, craft forerunner, features beautiful, construction design reasonable, have good temperature protection function and seal completely the function .The affection is better of control temperature, performance is jar less and tried .It is ideal machine box for all kind of communication equipments of outdoors deposit. This text first proceeded the introduction to trend of development of the domestic and international to environmental monitoring system ,establishing the total construction of the system according to the actual circumstance in company .Adoption assemble language MCS51 act as design language of developing the environment .The development of the software presses systemic and ordinal method ,beginning from the system class and getting down analysis ,design ,code,maintaining and development .The system make up of near end central office module,communication module and distant end cabinet monitor program module mostly. Near end central office management unit is the center controls the equipments,the unit definitetime scan the monitor equipments ,distill monitor data ,update manifestation data and figure,report out homologous warning information .The data transfers unit offer the thoroughfare of transfers data from monitor data to computer management unit.This system can use the line of domestic telephone consumer or the line of private data.The unit make up of Router,multichannel model,PSTN etc.The unit control several thermostat,Router,realize data exchange from asynchronous pork to Ethernet or from asynchronous pork to synchronous pork.Distant end cabinet monitor unit transfer the important information of collection to computer management unit in good time,offer basal administrative date .The unit make up of data acquisition sonde,controller ,data transfers interface etc .Controller control data acquisition sonde,the data of having been collected by sonde pass by transzcting, then been escorted to transfers interface circuit.The data been escort to computer management unit via transfers circuit and accept system assignation information being disgorge from management unit .The unit initialize system transfers parameter,intercalate system information of this system to each monitor unit.Monitor unit also have ability of collection other alarm information for equipment,have control circuit of controlment weight current and light current. Because oneself design the part of distant end cabinet,proceeds detailed introduction to this part.Software part of distant end include system monitor process module ,AC/DC program process module ,temperature/humidity program process module ,gating program process module ,smog program process module,A/D translation program process module,data dispose program process module,display program process module .Hardware circuit include 89C51 processor of having inner RAM and ROM performance ;typical fashioned circuit ADC0809A/D translation circuit ;typical MC8250 serial-port and controlment circuit;MODEM circuit of having two fashion:external hanging and on-board(with on-board MODEM circuit);input signal port with 8 digital quantity interfaces and 8 switching value interface ;output signal port with 8 route relay control orifice ;preliminary FIFO interface for follow-up product exploitation ;nixie tube display interface in display panel;X25043 series EEROM control circuit for storage phone code ;program control display light for adaptation hardware function test.Running state is better of all the hardware,software of design hereinbefore run by debugging , communications adaptation is concerted with near end central office .Whole system attains to design the target of expecting. The design of thermostat system in this text,many communications equipment all can apply for environments, temperatures having special request.These equipments can proceed remote maintenance ,and been improved busy period,human resources been reduced.So far,although have a lot of congener produce at home and abroad,this system is more suited the exchange equipment of our company,so have certainly applied value.
