"The Disease Management and Alarm System of College "was based on the system which manage the high and dense crowd analysis and early warning of high class knowledge of high school hospital information management.The problem to resolve is inputing the basic information and healthy information of the students and the teachers into the computer. Then the system will run the process automatically ,and will analysis the data ,after that it will give back the results to the teachers or the students .At the same time ,it includes a powerful system called "Alarm System". It can find the disease which will mostly happen in a certain time and then it will make alarm to the administrator .Further more ,it will find the guideline of some disease .The system use three layer frame mode:Server--Client --Browse.User can communion information whith each other conveniently on eather Client or Browse by their needs. "The subject oriented ,compositive , nonvolatile, time-variant and supporting decision-making data aggregate"is defined to DW .It's pivotal technology mainly includes the data drill, memory management ,data representation and the technology consultation on Data Warehouse design. This paper also compares Data Warehouse with traditional database .This text to Metadata proceeds to study. Have no a Metadata, or have no a righteousness, we have no a way to know the meaning for representing of data object. Where to need the Metadata management? It's that every place needs the large quantity of Metadata work piece. This text joins together the applied procedure for application a standard Metadata for illness and medical, and the criterion may increases the application of the basic Metadata. And our target is to accelerate the applied procedure with solve the produce, attain at the goal of having no obstacle of the information commutation. With the increasing of the data number in the Data House how to lookup and analysis data fastly and efficiently become the most concerned thing by the expert of Data House . Data Warehouse and OLAP technology has become the main direction in current information management, however ,it is still at the start phase in our country .This paper studies and discusses this technology and develops and designs it. The system refered by this paper implements the Data Warehouse technology. It's pivotal technology mainly includes the data drill, memory management ,data representation and the technology consultation on Data Warehouse design. This paper also compares Data Warehouse with traditional database . After introduces the basic principle of Data Warehouse and OLAP,this paper complete the function which the System request with the character of the System.This paper described the whole process of the System from the point of view of software engineering.This paper also described the design of Data Warehouse and DTS.besides,basis on the technology of OLAP , combine with some disease people concerned complete the design of the Cube in OLAP Server. This paper also introduces OLTP(On Line Transaction Procession) and OLAP (On Line Analysis Processing).The OLTP technology can be used to record and edit the data, and can enable the user to add and edit the transaction of data .So we can conclude that the OLTP is mainly used for collecting the data . OLAP technology is used for the query of the Data Warehouse. OLAP especially adapts to the fast analysis of large numbers of data. This paper introduces the fundamental concept, characteristic, muilt-dimension data ,muilt-dimension data structure ,muilt-dimension data analysis and the class of OLAP. Combine with the technology of Data Warehouse and OLAP .The system which bases "The Disease Management and Alarm System of College "achieves the function of analysis , statistic and alarm in disease .
