Advanced process control Technology including adaptive control technology, predictive control technology and fuzzy control technology. Advanced process control methods (except for intelligence and fuzzy control) are required to have a corresponding mathematical model, which can be used to establish the corresponding mathematical model is not easy.From the control engineering and the practical application point of view, developed a class of both modern control theory and the advantages of PID, do not rely on mathematical model of the object to ensure the stability of the closed-loop system to control the result is good, the new control algorithm is simple theory and algorithms, automatic control theory is an important topic in research.The main contents of this article are to analyze the adaptive control techniques, predictive control technology and fuzzy control technology performance. By comparing the simulation results of adaptive technology and PID to illustrate the lack of advanced control technology.
