| Field-bus control system is the trend of control system. It is a communication network used to interconnect field devices such as intelligent measurement instruments, control devices, executive machines. Foundation Field-bus is one of the international standards of FCS of IEC61158. The foundation field-bus protocol includes low speed standard (FF-H1) and high speed standard (FF-HSE). The system architecture of these protocols is complicated due to the combination of communication and control functions. On the other side, though FF protocol is opening, there is a lots of work related to the implementation of protocol, it did not relate to the implementation of protocol. In this thesis,we analysis the system architecture of the FF-H1 protocol, established a FF based data communication network, implemented a communication protocol stack based on FF-H1 protocol. It includes of the implementation of the physical layer board card of the FF-Hl protocol; implementation of the data communication based on FF-H1 protocol; research and implementation of the data fault-tolerant and the data encryption technology in data communication based on FF protocol, research and implementation of Real-time Database in field-bus control system FF-HSE Protocol operates on Ethernet and TCP/IP Protocols,the opening and transparence of TCP/IP protocols have an overwhelming advantage in industrial control communication field. Practicability of Ethernet applied to industrial control system. is expatiated in this thesis. FF-HSE communication protocol is studied and implemented,which mainly includes the dynamic monitoring of the network's connectivity, data transmission of FF-HSE network, the software accomplishment of SNTP module of FF-HSE protocol stack which based on NTP protocol of TCP/IP protocols, establish the foundation that the Foundation Field-bus is applied to industrial control system in future. |
