Now that unifying communication protocol is still a long process, it is imperative to connect the devices with different communication protocols. According to the condition of the development of net technology and communication protocol in electric power system and in order to satisfy the production market need of The New Century Corp. of ChongQing, this thesis create an idea of combining PC/104 hardware system and Imbedded Linux Operate System and create an unit of software modularization and communication deliver. In the help of that idea, the thesis also talk about the technology of communication software and deeply research and realize some significant problems in the process of using system, which have an important sense in the field of theories and practices. The thesis is parted by 6 sections. 1) The generalization and background of the topic. 2) Introduce the technology and development of PC/104 hardware system and Imbedded Linux Operate System which are relevant with the topic. 3) Analyze in detail and realize the system outline design idea of main unit of communication deliver and the mode design and the key technology of every software model. 4) Deeply introduce the function need, the software design idea and model design of back-install configuration. 5) Introduce net apply example, system configuration and rules trying of communication deliver in electrical power system. 6) Conclusion, problems which need to improve and prospect of the way to deep research.
