Use HMI/SCADA In Prevent Maloperation System

The electric device's mal-operations in the power station are frequent accidents that will threat the safety of the power system.It can make breakdown at large area ,destroy the electric device,make the system unstable and even create accident on human.In order to prevent the mal-operations,people of power system have thought out of a lot of methods. Prevent electric mal-operation system with computer is a better way to do it.This thesis is about use HMI/SCADA Software to create Prevent electric mal-operation system with computer.It prevent some shotcoming of non-realtime system,Increase the flexibility and safety of Prevent electric mal-operation system.This system use electric-magnetic lock to control electric switchs. Electric-magnetic lock is controled by PLC and PLC is controled by computer.The result will be that users simulate the operations on the computer screen ,if the result of the simulation is right,then system produce the operation tickets(about the operation content and operation sequence),at last the users operate according to the operation tickets, The system monitors the operations and unlock and lock the right lock. In addition,system also have the function of input,query and modify The operation tickets and PLC networking etc.
