In recent years, because the working environment of the commercial banks in China has been changed and the foreign banks are joining the China market after China has joined WTO, the banks in China are facing more and more challenges. What is more important, monopolization and government protection have been removed, which causes the China banks have no advantages any more. With the development of Internet Banking and Electronical Finance, there is no clear separate of areas thus the network advantage, which has been proud of by the china banks, is also vanishing. To deal with such difficult situations, the banks start to focus on their customers. How to keep the current customers, attract new customers and how to separate out the most valued customers become the most important work. The emerging and development of CRM helps the banks to change from capital-focus to customers-focus. This article studies the data warehouse and the data mining technologies. It introduces the data pre-processing and OLAP and how to them. By looking at the characteristics of china banks credit industry, it explores the ways of realizing CRM for china banks credit industry. It designed and implemented the datawarehouse configuration, data structure, data pre-processing and OLAP. It also shows the result of the implementation. Based on the new datawarehouse, it tries to do data mining by making use of Microsoft DTS. By analyzing the inefficiency on data processing that is done on the old datawarehouse structure, the article introduces the data buffering and divides the data processing into two steps. By doing this, it reduces the complexity of data processing and increases the efficiency. This article provides the structure of the buffer with the discussion on its advantages and also tries to use it into data processing by making use of Microsoft DTS.
