This paper designs a scheme of layered E-Learning platform after doing deeply research on traits and requirements of E-Leaming. According to the scheme, author makes the theory of bus adopted into implementing application supporting system of E-Learning, which provides a transparent access mechanism for E-Learning platform and simplifies the development and integration of subsystem of E-Learning. The paper also introduces the implementation of basic application supporting system's component, which takes charge of unified management of E-Learning platform.This paper puts forward a way that how to develop relative system of E-Learning based on J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition). What's more, the paper illuminates the thinking of designing system architecture and clarifies an implementation method namely Three-Tier framework of MVC (Model View Controll).The author takes network examing system as an example to introduce the process that how to develop a relative system on e-Learning platform at length. The author, who aims at the shortage of the current exam system and the users' demands, mainly designs and implements a new network exam system based on J2EE. The paper illuminates the implementation of every function modules and puts forward a solution to assembling test paper automatically and sharing the exam database.
