The Design And Implementation Of Online-Exam System Based On J2EE

With computer networks and the rapid development of information technology, network education has become increasingly popular, on-line test network is an important part of education. It compared the advantages of the traditional examination is to reduce the work and burden on teachers, to improve the volume, markers, the efficiency of papers, and to make more objective and fair examination. But most of the current online examination system are devoted to the examination of the development of the company, there were examination fees or software purchase costs too high, and other applications not compatible with the interface defects. Most online examination systems strive to be comprehensive, complex interface, need to set the parameters too difficult to operate. So it is necessary to develop a online examination system which is applicable to vocational schools, and easy to operate and maintain and low-cost as well.This paper introduces the background and significance of the research projects ,it focus on several key technologies of the online examination system: J2EE technology, database connectivity, and on-line algorithm Test Paper examination security issues. To a certain extent, it achieves the flexibility of the online examination and the efficiency of the Test Paper. In the design, it based on the B/S framework of the three-tier architecture, Tomcats as a web server, and a database background SQL Server2000 specific system development.The system has been running successfully in the online campus. It has not only a friendly interface, is easy to operate, and can be interchanged with user interface conveniently and timely, enhances network education level and efficiency of the examination, but also helps the schools to carry out educational reform, and to implement the separation test.
