The rapid development of the national economy,will inevitably lead to the growing for demand of energy,at the same time,the intensity of power engineering construction will also continue to strengthen with the demand.Now the requirements of power engineering construction on human and intelligent are relatively high,while the existing transmission line inspection has the following reality:on the one hand,a large number of construction of the transmission line,extended coverage area,and the terrain condition become more complex;on the other hand,small fault of the equipment of the transmission line and cable line are small,and it is difficult to be found.In view of the above reasons,this paper proposes the use of image processing technology to realize the detection of transmission line security risks.The detection process is divided into two steps:firstly,a new image segmentation algorithm based on image mosaic and frame difference is proposed,to realize the segmentation of the transmission line in infrared image.Second,utilizing the mapping relationship between the pseudo color value and the surface heat value of the transmission line,calculate the average value of surface temperature of the transmission line.Then,the average value of the real time current of the transmission line and the calculated surface temperature of the transmission line are regarded as the two attributes of the SAVM algorithm,which is used to classify the feature data,and the classification results can be used to judge whether there are hidden dangers in the transmission line.In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed algorithm,it is simulated on the MATLAB platform,and the simulation results prove the feasibility of the algorithm.Furthermore,in order to realize the algorithm,this paper designs the whole scheme of the system,which includes the hardware circuit design and software design.Among them,the hardware part mainly carries on the design of the image processing module circuit,the software design mainly includes the system main program and the image segmentation subroutine,the image splicing subroutine,the SVM algorithm subroutine and so on.This paper focuses on the research of methods of the transmission line image segmentation and fault diagnosis,which initially can be used to realize the transmission line fault detection.Effective detection of transmission lines in the presence of security risks,prevent accidents,reduce economic losses.In addition,In this paper,the inspection system based on UAV is designed to realize the acquisition,processing,judging and information transmission of the infrared image of the transmission line,which improve the intelligent level of the transmission line inspection,and solve the inspection problem in the area where human is difficult to reach.This paper,improve the inspection efficiency,reduce manpower costs,and realize the basic requirements of the project.
