It fully reflects" handling affairs for the organ, serve the business ". And it is a bridge for the organ connecting the branch organizations. It also can serve the inside to exchange. This paper has been explained around a application of the E-government. The application is to build information platform inside the entry and exit inspection and quarantine bureau of Shandong.First, this paper has expounded of prerequisite, purpose and meaning to research and develop this system briefly. The second, this paper has detailedly expounded of the function design of system, OOD and middle ware. Middle ware adopts the technology of Java Bean. We can use Connectionpool connect database so that we can exam the password, operate the databaseincluding seeking, inserting, updating and deleting. All of the operating can be finished by setting interface parameter.Having been debugged the system fulfils the requirement of matter-of-fact application. The design idea of the system and the program builded by JSP> Java Bean in the pager have developed the E-government of Shandong bureau.
