The lumped-parameter dynamic model most used for boiler uniphase sections are modified by inertia compensation in this paper. The modified model is expected to reflect the distributed-parameter characteristic of thermal systems. At the same time, the paper takes good advantage of the convenience of the technique of On-Line Simulation (OLS) system to complete the optimization algorithm of the dynamic model by rectifying the coefficient relevant to the characteristic on real time. The algorithm satisfies the requirements of the dynamic and static precision of the model for the OLS system in the Digitized Power Plant (DPP).First of all, the paper introduces that OLS technology relating to the optimization algorithm of the model including the data acquisition and verification, the supporting platform of simulation and the auxiliary modeling technique. Then the paper also stales that the design and the approach of the optimization algorithm of the model. The process includes the technique such as operation condition identification, optimization in operation region of adjustable parameters and state of restriction. Through the theoretical analysis and calculation result on a simulator, the optimization model is reasonable in theory, and could rectify effective parameter pertaining to system characteristic by learning from a mass of data acquired from the Distributed Control System.The implementation of the model in an actual simulation system shows that the optimization model can sufficiently reflect the distributed-parameter characteristic of thermal systems. The model not only has high precision but also can reflect the influence of the unexpected and complex facts on the spot. So it can apply to research on a full-scale real-time OLS system.
