With the smart grid toward the "four network integration" information system direction,the reliability of power supply requirements is getting higher and higher.As the power grid in the production of power core equipment,power plant boiler provides a guaranteefor the stable supply of electricity.The used boiler-related equipment for long time,which is not easy to replace,resulting in frequent occurrence of boiler leakage accidents.In order to solve the traditional wired monitoring mode wiring difficulties,high temperature causes the line ahead of aging and other issues,this paper designs an on-line monitoring system for gas leakage of boiler based on ZigBee.The system uses ZigBee wireless technology instead of cable transmission to complete the on-line monitoring of power plant boilers.The main research work is as follows:(1)the feasibility of ZigBee technology applied to the system is analyzed,and the network topology of the system is determined.On this basis to complete the overall design of the system and the core module of the hardware and software design,Hardware module mainly includes sensor hardware design,router hardware design and coordinator hardware design,specifically to complete the data processing module,antenna module,sensor module,SD card peripheral circuit and power module circuit design.The software design mainly completes the design of the sensor node,the router node,the coordinator node and the monitoring center software.(2)the data mining of the main gas leakage is carried out,and the steps of the boiler leakage state assessment algorithm(mean gray target theory and entropy weight gray target theory)are given.On this basis,the improved gray target theory(hierarchical entropy gray target theory),The completion of the boiler boiler leakage status assessment level division,effectively solve the absence of standard fault model in the case of boiler state identification problems for the boiler state assessment provides a new way.(3)the gray prediction GM(1,1)model is used to predict the gas leakage concentration data at the next time.The relative error between the predicted value and the actual value is within 8.5%,and the average relative error is less than 3.5%.The application research shows that this syetem has the high stability,the application of the gray system theory can provide a strong theoretical support for the evaluation of the leakage status and gas leakage prediction of the power plant boiler,which is of great significance to ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of the power plant boiler.
