Fired power plant is one of the most important energy industries,and has a dominant position in domestic electric power industry.But,as the most important production equipment of fired power generating enterprise,how to make the power plant realize the thermal process automation,and how to ensure the generator unit run safly,reliably and economically,these questions must be resolved in the control of the boiler steam temperature.We know that the superheated steam temperature of boiler superheated system in the fired power plant has nonlinear,uncertain,large time-delay and large inertial characteristics.At present,on the power plant main steam temperature control,many new intelligent control methods have appeared,because the control structure and algorithm are simple and easy to implement,widely applicable,also,have good control effect and robustness,PID control remains the most extensive control strategy in the industrial control applications.In this paper,based on the PID control theory and the existing PID control parameters tuning method,we design a way of PID control parameters tuning optimization based on satisfaction and direct search algorithm of random number.The first three chapters of thesis introduced the research background and the research contents,the relevant content of boiler main steam temperature control and the basic theory of PID control parameters tuning.
