Production And Operation Management Information System Of Furniture Manufacturing Enterprises

With severe competition and the great and various demands in the market, the traditional furniture manufacturing industry is undergoing transformation ,At present ,most of furniture enterprises have made great strides in industrialization ,and a few of them has realized semiautomatic or automatic production. In order to gain upper hand and keep developing under such new competitive circumstances, the production and operation system of the furniture manufacturing industry need to realize the informationalization . It is extremely urgent to operate management information system in furniture manufacturing enterprises , which determines the future survival and development of those enterprises in China.This dissertation has elaborated the necessity and importance of enterprise's informationalized construction on the basis of having analysed the present situation and the existing problems of it; according to the actual conditions of the enterprise, the significance has been pointed out of setting up the production and operation management informationalized system.The starting point of the thesis is Management Information System.Acording to the characteristic of discrete manufacture and produce manage actuality of furniture manufactures,appling scientific manage model,we bringed forward the collectivity structure.On the basis of explicit task decompose,we analysed the function model of the system and the relationship in between the analysis was stepwise and the association was found.Ulteriorly the system logic structure was gained.After the collectivity strcture and the association of the models were determined,we made out the super stratum analysis of the whole system.In the further detailed analysis of the system,we appreciably adjusted some logic relation of the layer according to the manage mode.This dissertation .according to the design means of software project and the design pattern of managementinformation system, analyes the actual condition of furniture enterprises . First .software realization is decomposed in logic function layer ,Then according to actual demand, it is the B/S pattern to have established the architecture of software. For practical purpose, ASP technical action software realization means is selected, and correspondingly software operation environment is determined, with IIS as Web server, SQLServer 2000 Enterprise as database backstage supporter. Finally, dividing system into 8 big modulars will be realized step by step, from software realize the production and operation management information system of furniture manufacturing enterprises.
