Tower Simulator is a Real-Time simulation system, which is used to train airport controller. For a large number of simulation objects involved and their complex behaviors with highly Real-Time specialty, the software architecture of this system must be of the features of maintainability and extensibility. In this paper, the Tower Simulator's architectures have been introduced, particularly introduced the simulated calculating core's work and structure have been designed according to Object-Oriented method and multi-layered synthetic modeling method. After careful analysis of the law of motion of planes, cars the likes and airport mode, some innovation algorithm has been expanded: 1. Proposed an algorithm method which used Hermite-Spline to fit plane movement route. Based on the analysis of an object irregular movement route such as plane, car the likes and airport road,this algorithm made use of the advantage that Hermite-Spline was controlled easily by changing the value of tangent vector mode. It fitted the route better for reality and improved the effect of simulation; 2. Proposed an algorithm method based on A* algorithm for route search. On the grounds of an airport model with rest and motion objects, this algorithm adopted a method based on visible node and divided to evade the obstacle, improved the selection of node and. the process of search. 3. Proposed a software method of reverse distortion interpolation used to correct the projecting. The soft method was proposed as a solution after concrete analysis and analogy of the problem of distortion of photo passing in adjacent screen in Tower Simulator system and referring to the project correcting about cylindrical projection.
