The creation of prescription particle of traditional Chinese medicine is the necessary current of traditional Chinese medicine decoction innovation and Traditional Chinese medicine modernization. It need not decocting, add water whenever you need to dose. It has traditional Chinese medicine decoction change to a type of quick, simple, convenient and hygeian medicament. It's an attempt of traditional Chinese medicine decoction innovation. The automatic medicine distribution system of prescription particle of traditional Chinese medicine makes the prescription particle of traditional Chinese medicine as the medicine which is waiting for being got. It's a complicated system that relates to computer science, communication, electronics, physic, mechanism, automation, artificial intelligence etc. scientific domain. Its control system is divided to three levels: management level, monitor attempering level, equipment controlling level. With the condition of single distributing time and manipulator are fixed, the distributing efficiency of the automatic medicine distribution system of prescription particle of traditional Chinese medicine is decided by the accessing route length of manipulator. Though analysis and test for many basic algorithm of manipulator accessing route, this paper bring out a type of multiple route algorithm that is fit for many kinds of medicine distribution, and realize it by making Java as the programming tool. The major studying results of this paper are showed detailedly as below: â‘ It concluded mathematic model and its character of manipulator accessing medicine. It analyzed the theory and its merit and demerit of current X-axis addressing algorithm. â‘¡It analyzed the theory and its merit and demerit of three types of basic algorithm which is fit for the mathematic model of manipulator accessing medicine, and realized it by using Java as programming tool. â‘¢It confirmed the best in point range of three types of basic algorithm through testing, and brought out a type of algorithm of composite route that is fit for many kinds of medicine distribution. â‘£It made improvement for the realizing program of algorithm of composite route and provided the total structure of improved program. This structure is divided into pre-process module, algorithm executing module, normally used prescription process module and abnormal case process module. The multiple route algorithm provided by this paper can get balanced point at the calculating time and length of accessing medicine route, and finally make the efficiency of this automatic medicine distribution system be best. Through test you can see that when the calculating time of accessing medicine route is in the acceptable range, the length of accessing medicine route realized by algorithm of composite route is 10% shorter than the length of accessing medicine route realized by current X-axis addressing algorithm. This proves the excellence of algorithm of composite route.
