An investigation of Jiangsu Province indicates that 40.30% of people's science knowledge derives from TV, 33.30% from newspapers and 10.50% from broadcasting?. It also shows a fact that many people (37.9%) think there are so few science and educational program on TV that they could not keep up with the sweeping change of science and technology, and could not satisfy people's constant increasing demand on science knowledge. Nowadays, in all Chinese TV program the ratio of science and educational TV program is 0.4%, while the ratio in developed countries has arrived at 10%?. Because of the importance and influence of TV, more and more attention has been attached to the science and educational TV program, in this way strengthening the communication of science and technology knowledge has become an unavoidable task for Chinese TV circle.Humanism is a general trend of contemporary TV communication, and the humanism idea has pervaded in every procedure of TV program's production.
