Research And Economic Application Of Next-Generation Network Technology

With the fast development of Internet, data communication becomes more and more important, which heavily challenges the conventional telecommunication based on voice technology. How to provide new telecommunication with rich voice, data, and multimedia is urgent consideration for global organization and telecom giant.In this paper, focusing on relative independence of current voice network (PSTN/ISDN) based on circuit and data communication network (IP/ATM) based on packet, difficult combination of present voice network and data network, and problems that present network can' t satisfy development and requirement for maintenance, by the research of Next-Generation Network technology, we discuss its in detail and consider a new telecom network which evolves from conventional telecom. At the same time, we analyze its application in brief.After tracking the next-generation features of network, current technology, key issues, and network protocols, probable evolution pathways is provided. Based on the difference of technology (ATM, IP), focusing on the disadvantages of current Next-Generation Network technology, we discuss in detail the network communication method, network management model, network equipment, network provider, user identification number, IP design and user design to prove the application of Next-Generation Network technology under the present networkAt last, after pinpointing the market and customers, we point out the varieties of business and predict the benefit in the early stage of Next-Generation Network application to prove this new business network in the view of market.
