The appearance of Web Service brings a great chance to the application of enterprises and it changes the Web application mode from eye-driven application to services accessed by program. Web services cause e_commerce to develop towards interoperation. Internet has a lot of Web Services we can access, but most of them are in the state of isolation. Each of them has its own function only, with little relationship with each other. Now how to compose existing Web Services to a new, enhanced and value-added Web Service that can deal with more complex problem is a hot research topic.According to this circumstance, this thesis brings forward a new pattern that composes Web Service by creating value-added services, that is, to combine Web Services with semantic technology. This thesis designs a Service Design Oriented Web Service Composition System—SDOWSCS. As an important mechanism, semantic technology is a key point to create new enhanced Web Services rapidly and it supplies the interaction among Web Services composed with basic information. This thesis is about scheduling and invoking mechanism on Web Services composed in SDOWSCS. After introducing the research background, it discusses the topic related to the scheduling and invoking mechanism on composed Web Services. Then it sets forth the scheme and strategy adopted in the SDOWSCS. This paper also explains the system architecture, BPEL4WS document parser and Web Services scheduling and invoking module in detail.
