Section 1: Introduction In a real network management, as a kind of new network management technology, PBNM more and more represents its importance. PBNM expresses the development direction of the current network management, and it is the foreland of the current network management technology's research and development. Policy is the important component of PBNM, and it is the key point for PBNM system effectively running. At the same time, they become the vital problems about definition,denotation and storage of policy. About the issue, IETF has defined a serial of information model to standardize these works. For QoS guarantee technology's policy description, IETF uses three model for definition, including PCIM,PCIMe and QPIM, all of them accomplish description of QoS guarantee policy in immobile environment. QPIM mainly supports Integrated Services and Differentiated services technology in immobile environment. Section 2: Main Research Content This paper bases on the IETF's information models, trys to find the main characteristics that mobile ip network and wireless environment are differ from immovable network, analyzes current existed some important QoS guarantee technology in mobile environment, and gives attention to the scale of model, finally, gives the information model MQPIM that may support QoS guarantee technology in mobile environment. Considering the importance of policy storage, this paper ulteriorly studys the directory server, and stores the policy into the directory server. In the mobile ip network, host may happen to transference. Host enters another network from a network, its ip address possibly change, the process called handover. When some hosts communicating, if the handover happen, so this handover will influence their communication, with severity may lead to interrupt their communication. Current investigative kinds of handover technology usually bring a few of handover delays and handover lost rates. This paper think, in fact, the handover of mobile host is the essential factor that leads to the mobile ip network differ from the usual immobile network. Handover brings many practical problems. Handover results in host's ip address change, the peer of mobile host needs to relocate this mobile host, and network needs to recognize and mark the already existed communication stream of mobile host. For implementing QoS guarantee in mobile ip network, the QoS guarantee technology in stable network must to be improved, in order to suit the new characters that they appear in mobile ip network. At one time, new QoS guarantee technology requires persistent research and development. At present, in mobile ip network, main QoS guarantee technologies are designed and widely talked about including mobile RSVP, supporting RSVP in tunnel, supporting RSVP using multicast and using differential services in mobile ip environment. These QoS guarantee technology of mobile ip network still keep development at current time, as the same, this paper also is based on them as the research of MQPIM. In wireless environment, relative to immobile ip network, a little obvious character is that it has more small bandwidth, more big delay, and bandwidth and delay dithering. Considering the bandwidth rate of utilization, amount of host that every subnetwork possesses needs to be restricted. When a mobile host handover into a wireless network from an immobile network, it maybe is difficult to obtain QoS guarantee. MQPIM full make a description about these requirements, and attempt to support kinds of QoS guarantee technology for these extreme situations. At present, this kind of QoS guarantee technology is few, MQPIM makes some advance ideas. With later technology developing, MQPIM also needs to continuously develop and improve. Section 3: Main Research Result MQPIM information model is defined by using object-oriented method, and offer a kind of described language that supporting expression of QoS policy in mobile environment.
