Design Of Information Resource Management System Of Library Based On Network

With the fast development of the technology of computer and the network and its wideapplication in the library, All aspects of information resource management of library havechanged much and the information resource management of the library faces greatopportunity and challenge under the environment of the network, Though the library havealready obtained remarkable achievement, for example, some guide of resource and somevirtual consult platform have established. At the same time, the information user's demandlevel is in constant improvement too, they need the library to offer them more convenient ,more effective service. But the information resource management of the library isinsufficient , special in information resource develops, combines and utilizes deeply andlibrary also have a lot of insufficient such as information resource service item is limited ,the way of information resource search is difference etc. Based on such a current situation,this text attempts to create a information resource administrative system from the angle ofdevelop and utilize information resource , and hope to offer useful reference for the librariesthrough the research of this text.The paper is divided into five parts. The first part reviews the background of the textand points out the aim of the paper; Chapter two explained the rudimental knowledge ofinformation resource management briefly, and expounded the challenge faced ininformation resource management of the library under the environment of the network. Thepart is regard as the basic part of the writing of this text; Chapter three analysed the currentsituation of the information resource management of the library based on the introduction ofthe characteristics of all kinds of information resource under the environment of network,emphasized the necessity of the research and development of the new information resourcemanagement system ; The forth part discussed the function and the structure of the systemas the main innovative part of the thesis. In the part, the paper demonstrates the issue in fourangel, including the design principle, the function design, the model design and the structureof the system; The final part concludes all the content, analyses the factor which influencingthe information resource management system of the library to use and develop, then thepaper put forward basic thoughts of the development of the system in the future.
