The Research And Realization Of Interconnection Between SCADA System And Video Surveillance System

Interconnection technical scheme of SCADA system and video surveillance system is designed and realized for improving the automation level of electric power systems. Based on analyzing some kinds of methods about system interconnection, study establishing interface of the two systems , parsing protocol of telecontrol data and other key technologies thoroughly,and get the first-rank scheme of interconnection. Connected with an actual engineering, communication protocol of simulative screen is analysed, and finally the interconnection between video surveillance system and SCADA system is achieved based on RS-232 serial interface. Software of interconnection system adhere weakly to the two subsystems, and it is quite independent. It makes clear that this system implements function of image action to telesignalling data of SCADA system through spot test. Based on theory research ,the video surveillance system provides the function of image action to telesignalling data, which makes SCADA system and video surveillance system syncretize organically. What is more, this system offers video validation for telesignalling data of SCADA system.
