Study On The Flexible MIS And Form Definition Tool

As one of the advanced and active productivities, information technology has become the basis of social economy. Management information system (MIS) is an important platform for enterprise to implement informational construction, so it must provide the ability to adapt to the dynamic exchanges. To the shortages of enterprise Management Information System in flexibility in practical application, strong in adapting to change in workflow, data structure and data represent, this paper propose Configurable Process and Configurable Form based MIS, named CPCFM. Operator can rapidly deploy a MIS which is adapted to the special business flow and requirement of enterprise. Operator don't need to modify the programs, redesign the database, only need to configure newly operation flow by flow configuration tool once the flow is changed. This paper discusses some researches about solution of flexible MIS, form customization and form definition tool. Firstly, the paper analyses current implement circulation of management information system and gets the conclusion that contradictions exist between scale which management software aims and personal requirements of enterprises. Then, analyses the current researches that include operation flow,data structure and data behave ,operation disposal program which flexible management information system focus on. In succession, this paper gives out the total solution of flexible MIS and the configurable solution of form. It analyses the total solution from data ,operation flow,form and operation disposal program, discuss about the system frame which include flow definition tool,form definition tool,integrated runtime environment of flexible MIS . Data flexible of MIS can be solved by form customization, data flexible which emphases this paper focuses on is solved by a form definition tool, form that defined by the form definition tool, described by XML is saved in database as one big field and integrated in MIS by subassembly. Thirdly, this paper introduces some relational technology during the design of form and realization of form definition tool, especially technologies about the object-oriented design and XML which is used in form saved. Secondly, the paper introduces the content of form design such as aim,realization principle,data described model and saved way, also ,it gives out the XML Schema of form. At last, this paper particularly discuss the analysis,design and realization of form definition tool. During the realization of form definition tool, schema,function,form object and form property, four parts are supplied. Particularly discuss function realization of form definition, talk over the application of form definition tool based on example.
