This paper is derived from the experiment of the Reconnaissance and Jamming for Ultrashort Frequency Hopping Communication. The experiment is used to show the theory of Frequency Hopping Communication, show the methods of reconnaissance and jamming for Hopping Frequency communication and the difference in all kinds of jamming methods. The mission in this paper is to design an electron reconnaissance system that can detect the instantaneous carrier frequency fastly, instantly and accurately in order to conducting the disturber to discharge the corresponding jamming signal.Aiming at the project request, the paper firstly introduces the theory of Frequency Hopping Communication, the theory of sampling and the principle of spectrum analysis using discrete Fourier transform(DFT), then combined with the characteristic and superiority of FPGA(Filed Programmable Gate Array) designs a channelizing detection method for the carrier frequency in Ultrashort Frequency Hopping signal based on FPGA. The paper expounds the designing ideas,designing theory and realization methods detailed, introduces the designing and debugging for the system circuit detailed, introduces the development for the FPGA chip using Hardware Description Language (VHDL) and gives the full program code.The paper is the embodiment of the designing ideas for modern digital signal process system, is the embodiment of the designing ideas for modern electron reconnaissance system. The paper can be a reference for researching into the Electronic Counter Measure in actual combat for the future.
