Based On Field-bus Station Intelligent Console System's Application Study

Based on field-bus communication theory, the thesis adopted presently relatively popular CAN bus and RS485 bus in order to realize station operation and control fresh style that satisfied run demands of railway rapid, high efficiency and high density. At the same time, the thesis lucubrated design and appliance about intelligent console system. The paper carried on the following work:1. First analyzing interlocked system development and actuality, and then the paper put forward based on field-bus station intelligent console system's structure project with researching current computer interlocked system and 6502 electric concentrated interlocked system's routine console. Console system mostly made up of console, IPC, FCB,ZBYJ, collection and driving module and power. Console and IPC adopted RS485 bus, and IPC and other hardware selected CAN bus.2. Introducing field-bus's define and characteristic and advanced CAN bus core parts, and then depending on principle of module electron and redundant design, the paper designed software and hardware of station intelligent console system's cell module, communication engine module, collection and driving module, and devised IPC's software.3. The paper introduced CAN2.0A communication protocol's data format, and then established material RS485 and CAN communication protocol relying on practical data.4. The console system's hardware designing brought forward address self-motion identify and module design. The software and hardware of all collection module, drive module and console cell module was separate same, the address of every class module was decided by module fixed position, consequently fulfilling convenience and shortcut of system parts maintenance. In addition, intelligent console system possessed enter road wrong handle and leaking handle function, at one time, in case the console couldn't been used in gear, ZBYJ might replaced the console.5.The system security and reliability design: One side, the hardware adopted redundancy and industrial level parts, that were aviation spaceflight level, such as the insert and meet piece of the console cell module. On the other hand , the software designed electrify self-check ,timing check etc, all transmission datacheckout , and important data redundancy storage in order to assure data credibility transmission and storage .
