In this thesis, studies are made on chaotic signal generator and the realization of its integrated circuit using OrCAD/PSpice, a general EDA software. The main body of this thesis consists of the items as follows:1. The theoretical basic of chaos and present state of chaotic circuit is simply introduced. On the basis of introducing the functions and characteristics of OrCAD/PSpice software, the experience and advertent items are summarized in the course of use.2. Several active stimulated inductors which are made of resistors, capacitors and integrated operational amplifier are researched. Taking a typical familiar grounded inductor as an example, we analyze the questions of using the active simulated inductors instead of ideal inductors element: including solving the problems of equivalent, frequency trait, dynamic range, and the harmony between the dynamic range of active simulated inductors and the effective area of nonlinear element's characteristic.3. Based on the realization of the subsection linear negative resistance, the integrated realization of chaotic signal generator using the active simulated inductors instead of ideal inductors element are made. Taking the famous chua's circuit, four-order chaotic circuit and four-order hyperchaotic circuit for example , the thesis gives the realizable scheme of chaotic signal generators and analyzing the integrated chaotic signal generative circuit. According to the simulated results of PSpice software, it is verified that using the active simulated inductances instead of ideal inductances has no influences on the original chaotic circuit's nonlinear dynamic characteristics if the design is reasonable, and the realization of integrated chaotic signal generator is doable.4. The two main generative methods and characteristics of chaotic sequence are introduced. On the basis of using iterative equation (map) to generate time-discrete chaotic sequence, the author designs a kind of simple electronic circuit to generate discrete chaotic signal which uses some basic electronic elements. Taking the example of the one-dimensional Logistic discrete circuit and two-dimensional Henon discrete circuit, the realization of discrete chaotic circuit is analyzed.
