With the development of network technology, more and more business require IP network to offer the dependability of the data transmission, and there should be foresight over it. It is the network that users required to offer relatively stable and fine performance service under any circumstance. That leads to appearance of Traffic Engineering.As a kind of route algorithm in the Traffic Engineering- BSPF algorithm is to neglect the links unsatisfied with the bandwidth request, then use SPF algorithm to calculate the least flops. This can not cater to the request of the Traffic Engineering.For these reasons, this paper put forwards the threshold value of the bandwidth. This makes traffic load of the whole network distribute more evenly, or reduce available chain to a proper standard, thus reduces the running time of the algorithm.We adopt the Shortest-distance Path in this routing algorithm, which can save the network resource and to distribute it evenly at the same time. For suitable different demand, user can regulate the weight of the parameters of the algorithm for different demands to assess the optimized affects.Finally, we carry on experiment to imitate this algorithm and compare the affect of the optimizing technology, which can brought us a better network traffic threshold and distant variables.
