The enterprise developed in the environment but the environment is always changing. It has to make balance in the environment if the enterprise wants to survive. With the change of macro-policy and the microenvironment, Xinhua bookstore is facing to serious situation, the Qijiang Xinhua bookstore is also like this. The bookstore should base on external environment and internal conditions, improve its operation methods to make continuous development.The article is written as the form of cases. In the case, it introduces the basic situation of Qijing Xinhua bookstore, development, operation conditions, and the book-market, including the macro-environment and the operation methods of this bookstore. In the part of analyzing the case, it takes advantage of strategy management, marketing theory and PEST, Poter rectangle method to analyze the external and internal environment. It tries to find out the strength, weakness, opportunity and threats and does a SWOT analysis. At the same time, this article also indicates the good and bad things of this company and makes some suggestions from the part of system, structure, culture, diversity, marketing, and chains of the company, such as the method of operation and marketing together and committee structure in the bookstore.This article focuses on the Qijiang Xinhua bookstore. It has some good role on the operation of this bookstore. And it makes better suggestion on the other bookstores in different provinces.
