According to the business of house removal management, in this paper, it utilizes the object oriented and UML modeling method to carry on a deep discussion and study to the construction of the management information system. Then use 5 kinds of views of UML, in terms of different application, carry on modeling according to the eight major modules, it emphatically explains the methods and steps to utilize various kinds of figure tools of UML to model for the information system, including static and dynamic modeling, has finished use case diagram, class diagram, state diagram, sequence diagram and collaboration diagram of the system. The framework of the House Removal Information System is C/S, DBMS is SQL Server2000, the DataBase of system is transformed from the oriented modeling in UML, and developing tool is Delphi 7.0. This system has already been put into operation and use, and made a good benefit. The practice of UML in designing the house removal information system has proved that the OOD method can improve the efficiency of developing, facilitate the exchange among the user and developer, developer and developer, also lighten the burden of programmer at the same time.It has indicated that UML is an outstanding modeling language.
