The main purpose of the research is to design a furnace temperature detecting system of circulating fluid bed boiler , based on the characteristic of flame, using digital image processing technique and computer. The system also provides the visual information for further research. The main work of the research as follows:1 .Design the structure of the hardware system based on furnace temperature detecting technology.2. Use fitting method to get the corresponding relationship between the temperature data and the chroma.3 . Use Visual C++ 6. 0 as a tool to program an appl led software— "Boiler-Flame Temperature detecting System" , This system has the following functions. Firstly, a good human-computer interaction interface is given. The circumstance of boiler flame combustion is scouted real-time. The temperature field distribution in a whole firebox is reconstructed. Use temperature field with different color to display the temperature distribution. The temperature of arbitrary point selected by mouse can be showed. The important image data can be saved and queried in order to beanalyzed later.
