Since the news resource is the treasure and superiority for news websites, it is significant to explore news resource. The thesis select several websites , including Xinhua Website, People Website, Sina Website, Sohu Website, Qianlong Website, Eastday Website, Dayoo Website, Newssc Website, to analyze .The samples are composed of the important websites of nation, the important websites of region, including the websites operated by single media and several medias, and the trading websites. The analysis consist of the source, distribution, clue and transformation. In order to learn about the difference, the trading websites are considered though the thesis focuses the website with traditional media background. With these statistics, we can find that there tends to be similar to different extent in content, source, propagation, transformation and integration. Interaction in the Internet can not be exploited enough. Database and research system needs to be set up and made perfect. Compared with trading websites, traditional news websites haven't grasp the character of network media. And they operate in market from the experience of traditional media. So it needs to exploit and program news resource with management theory. Based in the achievement of scholars and the experience of traditional media, the thesis puts forward to several managerial tactics, including the different compose tactics, the enhanced interaction tactics, the repeated exploiting tactics, the statistics management tactics and the media market-sale tactics.
