The Design And Implementation Of Project Management System Based On Studying Workflow Technology

The appliance of workflow technology on project management system means a research and development direction in the project management now.It resolves two key questions on project management by defining workflow and controlling the running session which are the variety requirement of workflow and the management flow's indeterminacy.The process of engineering project managemenet touchs upon many flows such as application, examine approve and material stocking flow etc. Most data in flowing station when these flows work, and Work flow will change often because of all kinds of reasons. So the project management system needs to change the workflow at any time in practical application. How to change project management's workflow convenience is the main problem.This paper is on the basis of developing direction flows and using the state to analyse in depth the domestic and international work . we mainly study workflow about design and implement in project management, put forward a workflow management system . The system can transform actual work flow into some kinds of forms which would be deseribed by computer, they can harmonize each cache by transfer some information resources and manponcer resources to realize the automalization of the operation process.
