| Hybrid library, which emergence is brought up by technology development, is the product of era advance. Since "hybrid library " was brought up in 1996 by English library science specialist Suton, many scolars have put forward diffefent opinions about it. According to this, hybrid library is the combination of traditional library and digital library, combination of modern technics and traditional theory, combination of print resource and electric resource, combination of local service and distant service. In a word, hybrid library shows disparate and diversified characters, which adapts to the current situation of library development. Under hybrid library environment, the characteristic, working mode and developing direction of the library is undergoing unprecedented change. The prevalence ratio of computers and network in the library is promoted day by day. The collection of library is expanding from the traditional print version to compact discs, floppy discs and networks. The influx of electronic resource brings energy for the library. The libraries' organization and revelation of electronic resource promotes efficient utilization of it. This essay explores information resource catalogue under hybrid library environment, and after summing up the current status of catalogue at home and abroad, the essay analyses by comparison the inherent relation and difference of information resource catalogue under the environment both of traditional library and of hybrid library, gives prominence to complication and integration of information resource catalogue under hybrid library environment.
