In recent years,scholars and professionals have paid much more attention to the research and application of online learning platform.In view of the growing educational resources on the platform,how to effectively manage the massive resources and provide convenient query service has become a key issue to be addressed.Traditional information retrieval techniques are mostly focused on keyword search.However,it is very cumbersome and inefficient to find the required resources through keyword search in the large-scale online education application.To solve the problems above,this paper researches the key technologies of information retrieval and fusion based on the educational resource database,to implement the one-click search for educational resources.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1)According to the characteristics of educational resources,this paper constructs a reasonable educational resource model,and puts forward the integration scheme of multi-source educational resource database.based on this model.This paper optimizes the storage structure of inverted index in Lucene and builds a full-text index library of educational resources for resource retrieval.2)Based on the statistical data of topic model,this paper puts forward the concept of topic index of educational resource,and analyzes the hierarchical structure of the implicit themes of educational resources by LDA topic modeling and topic hierarchical clustering.This paper uses topic index of educational resource for semantic processing of user queries,to make up for the lack of query semantics and solve the problem that the query words and the document words do not match,so that the recall and precision of resource retrieval could be improved.3)Based on the retrieval mechanism of Lucene,and considering the organization of the full-text index library of educational resources and the user query after semantic processing,this paper designs the educational resource retrieval process and the relevance ranking algorithm,in order to achieve efficient retrieval performance and ensure that the retrieved resources can meet the needs of user queries.4)Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional information retrieval methods,this paper uses query outline to express the user's query requirements.Based on the structure of query outline,this paper designs a reasonable retrieved resource fusion scheme.Through user query decomposition and retrieval,retrieved resource selection,related content extraction and retrieved content fusion,one-click educational resource retrieval is realized to quickly generate the teaching content according to user queries.5)Based on the above research,this paper designs and implements EDUSE,a prototype which provides educational resource retrieval and fusion services.An case study of review notes proves that one-click educational resource retrieval could well support the information retrieval and fusion for multi-source educational resource database,and help quickly generate any teaching content required by users.At the same time,this paper carries out experiments on the efficiency and accuracy of educational resource retrieval in order to verify the validity of studies in this paper.
